Shipping Methods

We currently provide full service delivery to these Metro Atlanta counties: Gwinnett, Fulton, Dekalb, Cobb, Hall, Forsyth, Cherokee, Douglas, Fayette, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Walton, and Barrow.*

Our delivery service is available for online purchases whenever we have delivery slots open for that day. ** On weekends, our Monday delivery service is available**. Due to a sudden increase in our business volume, next day delivery is NOT currently available. We deliver Monday through Saturday from 2:00PM - 8:00PM. On Sunday, we deliver from 1:00PM - 7:00PM.

You may pick up your merchandise at any one of our store locations after you receive a confirmation e-mail or phone call that your order is ready. All in stock items are available for same day pick up. We keep approximately 80% of our items in stock. Please do not attempt to pick up any items prior to receiving confirmation that your order is ready. After picking up the merchandise, if any manufacture defects are found, we will happily exchange it if the defect is reported within 7 days.

*We also service other Georgia areas. Special arrangements must be made with a minimum purchase amount and additional charges will apply. If you require delivery service outside of our regular delivery area, please contact us at 770-622-2600. You will not be able to complete your purchase online without assistance. We do not ship to other U.S. states and foreign countries.

Please Note: Our furniture technicians are not responsible for removing existing/old furniture from your home. Please be sure the walkways and the areas receiving the furniture are free from all obstructions. Please measure room space, stairways, hallways, and doorway openings to ensure adequate space. If the furniture does not fit upon arrival, we will be happy to refund the cost of the merchandise. However, delivery fees will not be refunded.

Cancellations, Returns and Damage

You may receive a total refund of any monies for unreleased furniture purchased in our showrooms or online and paid by cash or check and cancelled within 48 hours. A 4.0% transaction fee will be assessed for credit or debit card transactions. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. Refunds on released merchandise, by customer pickup, are assessed a 20% restocking fee (plus 3.5% transaction fee for cards) up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in new condition. All clearance, "as is" and floor sample items are non-refundable.

Please inspect all furniture upon delivery. Should you discover a defect upon delivery, you must contact the store that you purchased it from within 48 hours (call 770-622-2600 if you purchased online). We will be happy to exchange it. Once the merchandise has been delivered and accepted, the purchase is no longer subject to a refund.
